When logging into my account it shows I am locked out. What do I do?

SYMPTOM

When I try logging into my Yearli account I receive a message stating I am locked out.  What do I do?

SOLUTION

After a set number of failed attempts to log into the Yearli account, the account will become locked for security reasons.  The account will unlock after 15 minutes.  Please wait 15 minutes and then try to log into your account again.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password option during the log-in process to reset your password.
