SYMPTOM
After clicking on View and Print Forms I am unable to locate the form I want to view or print.
CAUSE
This issue may occur for a few different reasons:
- The forms were filed through Yearli but under a different account.
- The forms were submitted more than three filing years ago.
- The forms were not filed through the website.
SOLUTION
Procedure 1: Forms may have been filed using a different account
If you have multiple email addresses, multiple accounts may have been created to submit forms. To see if a different account was used you can use the Forgot Password link to request a temporary password for alternate email addresses you may have used.
Procedure 2: Checking the filing date
Yearli only keeps previously filed forms on record for the current year and two years prior. If the forms were filed through Yearli before this, they will not be available to view or print. It is the responsibility of the preparer to print and keep records of all forms filed.
If you need to retrieve forms that were filed three or more years prior, please contact Yearli Technical Support. Historical forms can be retrieved from our archives for a fee. Users will need to go through a verification process to ensure account ownership. Yearli Technical Support will be able to provide full details and assist with this process.
Procedure 3: Forms may have been filed using a different service
If you are still unable to locate the forms, they were not filed through Yearli and may have been filed using a different e-filing service.
